Who publishes Nova

Nova (novaforwork.com) is published by Marceau Ruis, sole proprietor, in France. He is also its publication director.

What Nova is

Nova answers one question: “What can AI do for me at work, today?” The software is made for people who are not specialists: employees, freelancers, owners of small businesses.

• A path by job and by level: 140 jobs, 1,320 concrete use cases, each with the tool, the setting, the steps, and the prompt to copy.
• Tool pages kept up to date: 193 tools, their prices taken from the source, what the free plan includes, where to start.
• Demos that you watch, then recreate on your own work.
• What’s new, tracked for you: what vendors release, and what it changes for each job.
• A framework for the company: a budget per person, the approved tools, requests approved in one click.

Nova is paid by subscription, monthly or yearly, and you can cancel anytime.

What Nova is not

• Not a training provider. Nova is software, not an accredited training provider: it issues no diploma or certification.
• Not one more assistant. Nova does not replace ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini: it says which one to use, how, and what it costs. You buy their subscriptions from their vendors.
• Not a reseller. Nova is not affiliated with any vendor and earns no commission on their subscriptions.
• Not a surveillance tool. In a company, the administrator can’t see a member’s questions or activity.
• Not legal, accounting, tax, or medical advice. For a decision that commits you, ask a professional.

How we check the content

• At the source. Each tool page is built from the vendor’s official pages: the pricing page, the help center, the terms of use.
• With a date. Each tool page carries its check date and the list of pages consulted. Tools change fast: always check the price on the vendor’s website before you subscribe.
• Without rounding. Prices are copied as the vendor publishes them, in the vendor’s currency, with their conditions: monthly or yearly, with or without tax.
• Without invented promises. A duration or a time saved is always presented as an estimate. We publish no invented customer reviews, no rankings, and no unsourced figures.
• With the rules of the job. Each job page recalls what must be respected (professional secrecy, personal data, review) and what should not be handed to AI.

In the software, the answers from “Ask Nova” are written by an artificial intelligence (Claude, by Anthropic) from Nova’s catalog. They need to be reviewed, especially figures and rules.

Your data

Without an account, everything stays in your browser. Payment is handled by Stripe: your card never goes through Nova. There is no advertising and no resale of data, and the site’s audience measurement is anonymous and cookie-free. The details are on the Privacy page.
