Datasite and Blueflame AI pricing, use cases, and first steps
Datasite is a virtual data room for mergers and acquisitions. Its AI agent, Blueflame AI, works inside the room: it answers questions about the documents, drafts answers to diligence question lists and flags the gaps. Since April 28, 2026, an MCP server also lets Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot work on the live content of a room, without the documents leaving it.

Batch processing of question lists
You drop a list of questions. The assistant searches the project and drafts answers. The result is an Excel file with proposed answers, confidence scores and citations where they exist. The scores help you choose what to review, they do not replace checking.
Datasite MCP: the room from Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot
From your assistant, you create a room, organize the content, manage access, summarize key points (change of control, termination, exclusivity) with references to the files, compare versions, and draft diligence summaries and issue lists. The documents stay with Datasite.

- The assistant and MCP work only in Datasite rooms, and MCP requires account activation.
- Citations depend on the question and on the project content: the assistant cannot always provide them. Confidence scores do not replace review.
