The “AI Co-Builder” reads your description and builds everything: the database with its linked tables, the pages with their menu, the user groups with their permissions, and sample data. You then continue by talking to it or by editing with the mouse.
Softr connects to your data where it lives: Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion, HubSpot, monday.com, ClickUp, Coda, or a technical database. Softr also offers its own database, “Softr Databases,” if you are starting from scratch.
You create user groups: customers, team, managers. You then set who sees which page, which block, and which rows. That’s what makes the difference from a shared spreadsheet.

Softr publishes its prices in dollars. The same email address used in several apps counts only once, and a deactivated user doesn’t count. Nonprofits and educational institutions can request a 50% discount. Extra AI credits are available as an add-on on paid plans; their price is not published in the help center.
