Create an interface by describing it
You write what the page should contain. v0 produces a real, working page, with its text, buttons, and layout, and shows it to you in the preview.
v0 is an agent that builds websites and web apps from a description. You write what you want, it writes the code, shows you the result, and fixes it when you ask. A button then puts the page online with Vercel, the company that makes v0 and hosts websites.
v0 has a free plan. The recommended plan to start with: Free, $0. Prices checked on October 3, 2026 on the vendor’s official page.
Who it’s for: people who want a polished page or interface, fast, and who work with a technical team able to take over the code.

“Design Mode” gives you visual controls, with a preview that updates live. You refine the look of the page by hand, without writing a request.
v0 can build a faithful interface from a sketch or a mockup, and connects to Figma. You can also start from a ready-made template and adapt it.

Vercel publishes its prices in dollars. As of October 3, 2026, the page shows the Plus plan at $30 next to a crossed-out price of $90. Unused monthly credits roll over and expire after 65 days; when they run out, v0 stops producing. The old “Premium” plan at $20 is no longer offered to new sign-ups.
| Plan | Price | Who it’s for |

| Free Recommended to start | $0 | Trying it out, making a page now and then |
| Plus | $30 per user per month | Regular use, alone or in a small team |
| Business | $100 per user per month | Teams that handle internal information |
| Enterprise | Custom pricing | Large organizations |
7 messages per day. Publishing with Vercel, edits in “Design Mode,” and GitHub sync included.
Start on the free plan: 7 messages per day are enough for a simple page, if you prepare your first prompt well. Move to Plus if you use it every week. For internal information, the Business plan is the one to ask your employer for.
Your data. The Business plan excludes your data from training by default, and the Enterprise plan never uses it. For the Free and Plus plans, the pricing page does not give that guarantee.
What it does less well
The prompt to copy
Create the home page for an internal company offsite, in English. A title, the date and location, the day’s program in three parts, and a sign-up form with name, department, and a button. Clean, professional style, readable on a phone. Use fictional information.
More approachable for a beginner, with an interface that can be set to French.
For a complete internal tool, with database and hosting in the same place.
For a developer who wants to work directly in the code.
For a mini-tool created in the conversation, without publishing anything.
