Pipedrive is business software: a sales tracking tool for small teams. Your deals move from column to column, from first contact to signature. Its AI takes notes in your meetings, drafts and summarizes your emails, builds a report from a question, and sorts your contact files on import.
Pipedrive has no free plan. The recommended plan to start with: Premium, $59 per user per month, billed yearly. Prices checked on October 3, 2026 on the vendor’s official page.

What Pipedrive does
Who it’s for: salespeople and managers of small teams who want to track their deals without spending their evenings filling in records.
Nova: notes from your meetings
Before the call, Nova gathers the deal history and the latest emails. During the call, it records and transcribes. Afterward, it writes a summary and suggests updates to the record. Nothing changes without your approval.
Draft an email and suggest a reply
You describe the message in one sentence. Pipedrive drafts the email, and you adjust the tone and length. To answer a customer, it also suggests a reply that takes the conversation into account.
Summarize a long email thread
One button sums up the whole conversation in a few lines. The summary shows the customer’s tone, a buying-intent score from 1 to 10, and the actions to take.

Nova’s advice
Use the 14-day trial to test it on your real deals. If you only want tracking, reports, and meeting notes, Lite is enough. If you write a lot of email and want AI to draft and summarize it, you need Premium.

What it does less well
