HubSpot is business software: the company’s shared customer database (a “CRM”), with emails, quotes, and support requests. Breeze is its AI. It summarizes a customer record, prepares a meeting, drafts a follow-up, and answers your questions from your own data. Agents can also prospect or reply to customers for you.

HubSpot (Breeze) has a free plan. The recommended plan to start with: Free Tools, €0. Prices checked on October 3, 2026 on the vendor’s official page.

What HubSpot (Breeze) does

Who it’s for: salespeople, marketing teams, and customer service at companies that already track their customers in HubSpot, or that are looking for a first free CRM.

Breeze Assistant: ask your CRM a question

A conversation with access to your records, your exchanges, and your open deals. You ask for a list, a summary, a draft, or a chart, and it answers from your data. It can also look up information about a company.

One-click record summary

Breeze reads the record of a contact, a company, a deal, or a ticket, with its notes and exchanges. It returns a table of key information and a few summary paragraphs.

Prepare a meeting

Before a meeting, Breeze gathers what HubSpot knows about the participants and their company: latest exchanges, open deals, open support requests.

Also

  • Write emails, articles, and images
  • Projects: a folder with its instructions and files
  • Breeze on your phone
  • Ready-made agents
  • Build your own agent by describing it

Nova’s advice

If your company already has HubSpot, you pay nothing: Breeze Assistant is included in all plans. If you’re starting from scratch, begin with the free tools. Move to Pro only for the agents, and then keep an eye on credit usage.

A first try, in 5 minutes

Your data. Accounts opened from Europe are hosted in Germany, and a setting lets you refuse to have your data used to improve HubSpot’s AI.

What it does less well

  • Breeze is only as good as your records. Duplicate contacts, missing notes, or unconnected emails give thin summaries, sometimes wrong ones.
  • Agents are paid for in credits, on top of seats. Unused credits are lost at the end of the month, and a heavily used agent can exceed the included volume.
Have a customer’s record summarized before you callHubSpot (Breeze)
  1. In HubSpot, open the record of a contact, a company, or a deal you know well.
  2. Click the “Actions” menu, then “Summarize.”
  3. The Breeze Assistant panel opens on the right with a summary: who the customer is, the latest exchanges, the open deals.
  4. Compare it with what you know about the account. It’s the best way to judge whether your records are complete enough.
  5. In the same panel, paste the prompt below. Review the email before you send it.

The prompt to copy

From this record, write a short, friendly follow-up email. Mention our last exchange, offer two call slots next week, and promise nothing that is not in the record.
