An inbox split into tabs
“Split Inbox” separates your emails as they arrive: important people, your team, tools, newsletters. You handle one tab at a time.
Superhuman Mail is an email app that connects to your Gmail or Outlook address. It sorts emails into tabs, summarizes threads, drafts replies, and reminds you to follow up. Everything is done from the keyboard, very fast. Since 2025, Superhuman and Grammarly have been a single company, called Superhuman: the Mail subscription also includes Grammarly, Docs, and the Go assistant.
Superhuman Mail has no free plan. The recommended plan to start with: Starter, $25 per user per month, billed yearly. Prices checked on October 3, 2026 on the vendor’s official page.
Who it’s for: people who spend several hours a day in their email, on Gmail or Outlook: business owners, sales reps, recruiters.

“Instant Reply” suggests a reply draft for each email you receive. “Write with AI” turns a few words into a complete email, in your usual tone. You review, edit, and send.
“Auto Labels” files each email into a category: marketing, cold outreach, social media. “Auto Archive” takes those categories out of your inbox if you want. You can describe your own categories in your own words.

Superhuman Mail has no free plan: it is a tool for people whose job is email. If you receive fewer than fifty emails a day, Gmail or Outlook is enough. Otherwise, Starter covers the essentials. Business is justified only for “Ask AI” or the integration with your CRM.
