An inbox sorted into categories
Every incoming email is filed: “To respond” for what awaits your reply, “FYI” for what’s worth reading, then notifications, invitations, and marketing. Nothing is deleted or hidden.
Fyxer is an assistant that works inside your Gmail or Outlook mailbox. You don’t switch software. It files each incoming email into a category, prepares a draft reply in your style for the ones that need one, and takes notes in your meetings. It never sends anything: you are always the one who reviews and clicks “Send.”
Fyxer has a free plan. The recommended plan to start with: Pro, $37 per user per month, billed yearly. Prices checked on October 3, 2026 on the vendor’s official page.
Who it’s for: people overwhelmed by email who don’t want to learn a new tool: small business owners, salespeople, real estate agents, recruiters.
Every incoming email is filed: “To respond” for what awaits your reply, “FYI” for what’s worth reading, then notifications, invitations, and marketing. Nothing is deleted or hidden.
For every email that asks a question or requests something, Fyxer prepares a reply. It draws on the full thread and on your past emails. You review, you correct, you send.
“Notetaker” joins your Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet video calls as a participant. It records, transcribes, then sends you a summary with the decisions and action items. It also drafts the follow-up email.

Prices published in dollars. Launch offer: unlimited credits for the first three months on Pro and Team. After that, a Chat message costs 10 credits, a minute of meeting 1 credit, and sorting 5 emails 1 credit. Drafts do not use credits.
| Plan | Price | Who it’s for |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | Keep an eye on your commitments |
| Pro Recommended to start | $37 per user per month, billed yearly | One person who wants sorting and drafts |
| Team | $64 per user per month, billed yearly | A team that shares its files |
| Enterprise | Custom pricing | 50 people or more |
There is a free plan, but it includes neither automatic sorting nor drafts. It gives you the daily overview, a weekly recap, 3 personal spaces, and 400 credits per month, or up to 6 hours 40 minutes of meeting recording. At the end of the 14-day trial, your account moves to this plan at no charge.
Run the 14-day trial on your real inbox: it’s the only way to know whether the drafts sound like you. If you send half of them almost untouched, Pro is worth its price. Otherwise, let the account drop to the free plan: nothing is charged.
