What Teamtailor does

Who it’s for: HR teams and recruiters who publish several jobs and want to keep a clean candidate database.

Candidate suggestions

Co-pilot searches your database for people who match the job and shows twenty at most. The documentation says a human review is always expected.

Evaluation against your criteria

In a stage where screening is turned on, Co-pilot evaluates each candidate against the criteria you set. The candidate cannot opt out.

Drafts of job ads, rejections and questions

Co-pilot drafts a job description from the requirements, a draft rejection email, and suggests interview questions based on the chosen skills.

Also

  • Discrimination detection
  • Resume and meeting summaries
  • Connecting an outside assistant (MCP)

Nova’s advice

Ask the sales rep which Co-pilot features are in your contract, and get the vendor’s compliance documentation in writing before you turn on screening.

A first try, in 15 minutes

Your data. Teamtailor calls itself the provider of high-risk AI for some features, and leaves you as the responsible deployer.

What it does less well

  • No public price: everything goes through a quote.
  • Suggestions automatically exclude candidates with no activity in the past year, those already hired and, for a job that is not fully remote, those whose location does not match.
Have Co-pilot suggest candidates from your database for a jobTeamtailor
  1. First write down, on paper, the three criteria that matter for this role, in skills and not profile.
  2. Open a job and, in the stages section, enable candidate suggestions.
  3. Click “Suggest candidates” in the purple stage.
  4. Open the “Suggested” stage and read the resume of each suggested person (twenty at most).
  5. Click “Move to Inbox” for a good fit, or “Not a fit” to remove the person from this job. Note what Co-pilot missed.
