Notion Agent: it writes and files for you
You talk to it as you would to a colleague. It creates and edits pages and databases, answers from the content of your workspace, and reads the files you give it: PDF, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Notion is a shared workspace: pages for writing, databases for tracking projects, a wiki for the team. Its AI, Notion AI, adds an agent that searches your pages and connected apps, writes, fills in your databases, and takes meeting notes.
Notion has a free plan. The recommended plan to start with: Business, €19.50 per member per month. Prices checked on October 5, 2026 on the vendor’s official page.
Who it’s for: Teams that already keep their notes, projects, or procedures in Notion, and want to find and use them faster.
You talk to it as you would to a colleague. It creates and edits pages and databases, answers from the content of your workspace, and reads the files you give it: PDF, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
You ask a question. The answer draws on Notion and on connected apps, such as Slack, Google Drive, Jira, Teams, or SharePoint, and it cites its sources.
Notion listens to the meeting from your computer, with no bot invited to the call. At the end, you get the transcript, a summary, and the list of action items, each linked to the passage it comes from.

Pages, an unlimited number of databases, Notion Calendar, and ten outside guests. Files limited to 5 MB. AI is offered only as a limited trial.
Notion’s AI is only worth it if your team already keeps its work in Notion. If so, ask your employer for the Business plan: the Free and Plus plans give only a limited trial of the AI. If you just want an assistant for writing, a tool such as ChatGPT or Claude is enough.
One subscription per user. AI is included from Business up. Custom agents are paid for in credits.
