Call summary, topics, and tone
After the call, AI writes a summary, lists the topics covered, and says whether the conversation went well or badly. You no longer have to type up your notes after hanging up.

This is not an individual purchase: the decision is your company’s. If it is undecided, the Professional plan is the one that brings call summaries, and so the real everyday gain. The AI Assist Pro add-on only makes sense for a team that wants custom summaries or help during the call.

What it does less well
- You need at least 3 licenses, and call summaries are not in the base plan: they start with Professional. The most advanced features also require the AI Assist Pro add-on, at €49 more per user.
- Transcription is verified for only seven languages, including French. For seventeen others, Aircall does not guarantee accuracy. It handles at most 5 participants per call.
Make a call, then read its summaryAircall- In the Aircall app, dial a coworker’s number and talk for two minutes about a real topic: an order, a meeting, a quote.
- Hang up and wait a little. Aircall says a 10-minute call usually takes 3 minutes to process.
- Open the call history. A small document icon marks the calls that have been transcribed.
- Play the call, then open the conversation view.
- Read the text of the call and, if your company has the Professional plan, the summary and the topics detected.
- Check the names and numbers before you copy the summary into an email or a customer record.
