What Noota does

Who it’s for: Teams with back-to-back interviews and meetings: recruiters, salespeople, consultants, project managers, business owners.

Record and transcribe a meeting

Noota records the meeting and writes down everything that is said, in more than 50 languages. It works with Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet, in video meetings and in person.

A summary based on your template

At the end, Noota writes a summary with an overview and the action items. You choose a template for the type of meeting, or import your own.

Record without a bot

The Chrome extension captures the meeting, your screen, or a browser tab. No extra participant appears in the call. So it is up to you to tell the others.

Also

  • Ask questions about your meetings
  • Send the summary to the right place
  • Follow-up email drafts
  • Transcribed phone calls
  • Video clips and export

What the free plan includes

300 minutes of recording per month, summaries with templates, the Chrome extension, the mobile apps, and up to 3 people in the workspace. Meetings are kept for only one month.

Nova’s advice

Start with the free plan: 300 minutes is five one-hour meetings a month, enough to judge the quality on your real topics. Move to Pro if you go beyond that volume, or if you want summaries to go to your CRM or recruiting tool on their own.

What it does less well

  • The free plan keeps meetings for only one month. Download your summaries if you want to keep them.
  • Like all tools of this kind, Noota makes mistakes with proper names, acronyms, and figures. Always reread before sharing a summary.
Get the summary of your next meeting written for youNoota
  1. Tell the participants the meeting will be recorded and check that nobody objects.
  2. Start the recording: let the Noota bot join the video meeting, or start it yourself from the Chrome extension.
  3. Run your meeting as usual. You have nothing to type.
  4. At the end, open the meeting in Noota: you will find the full text of the conversation and the summary.
  5. Switch templates if the format doesn’t suit you, then ask the assistant a question with the prompt below.
  6. Reread, correct the proper names, then download the summary as a PDF or Word file.

The prompt to copy

List the decisions made and the action items, with an owner and a deadline for each. Flag the points left unanswered.
