Recording, transcript, and summary of every call
Ringover records the call, writes down what was said, and drafts the summary. It is included from the first plan: you no longer have to take notes while the customer is talking.
Ringover is business software: the company phone, used from a computer, a browser, or a cell phone. Its AI writes out the text of each call, drafts the summary in the style you choose, and flags the important moments. With the Empower add-on, it also analyzes tone and talk time, and summarizes your video meetings.
Ringover has no free plan. The recommended plan to start with: Business, €47 per user per month, excl. tax, billed yearly (€57 when billed monthly). Prices checked on October 3, 2026 on the vendor’s official page.
Who it’s for: sales, customer service, and recruiting teams that spend a lot of time on the phone, in companies that want a French provider.

You create several summary styles: by answering an agent’s questions, from a template, or by writing your own instructions. You set the length and test the style on real calls before assigning it to the team.
The text of a call can be translated right in the player. Seven languages are offered: French, English, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, German, and Portuguese.
