An assistant that joins your meetings
Leexi reads your calendar and sends its assistant to your video meetings. It records, transcribes, summarizes, and prepares the follow-up actions. It stays up to 4 hours per meeting.
Leexi is a meeting assistant designed and hosted in Europe. An assistant joins your video meetings as a participant, records the conversation, turns it into text, then writes the summary and the task list. It also captures calls made through your business phone system, and lets you ask questions across all your conversations.
Leexi has no free plan. The recommended plan to start with: AI-Meeting, $23 per license per month, excl. tax, billed yearly ($29 billed monthly). Prices checked on October 3, 2026 on the vendor’s official page.
Who it’s for: sales teams, recruiters, consultants, and leaders of companies that care about European hosting.

After the meeting, the call page brings together the recording, the transcript, the summary, and the to-do list. The summary can go out by email to the recipients you choose, with the full transcript as a PDF.
You ask a question in plain language about one call or several. Leexi answers from what was said, compares meetings, and writes emails or summaries. It only sees the calls you have access to.
