Nova’s advice

Start on Starter with one agent and a spending limit. AI requests are paid on top: $0.50 prepaid, $0.60 pay-as-you-go.

A first try, in 20 minutes

Your data. Asana writes that its AI partners do not train their models on your data and delete it after each request.

What it does less well

  • The prices we read are in dollars and AI is billed per request: the cost depends on usage.
  • The page does not describe “smart summaries” or automatic status under those names: only count on what is listed.
Have a department’s requests triagedAsana
  1. Create a “Requests” project with a request form.
  2. Open AI Studio and describe the triage rule you want in one sentence.
  3. Run it on five past requests, then compare its triage with yours.
  4. Fix the rule where the agent got it wrong.
  5. Only let it work alone once all five requests are correctly sorted.
