Ask your company’s documents a question
The “@dust” agent searches all the connected sources you are allowed to see, then writes an answer. You do not need to know where the document is stored.
Dust is a French assistant platform for companies. You connect it to the team’s tools (Slack, Notion, Google Drive, the CRM), then everyone asks their questions to assistants called “agents.” They answer from your real internal documents and cite their sources. It is set up by the company: on your own, with no documents connected, the tool is of little use.
Dust has a free plan. The recommended plan to start with: Pro, €24 per user per month, billed yearly (€30 if monthly). Prices checked on October 3, 2026 on the vendor’s official page.
Who it’s for: Teams whose knowledge is scattered across several tools: sales, customer service, marketing, HR, operations.

An agent is an assistant set up for one task: it has its own instructions, documents, and tools. You call it by name with @. To create one, an assistant named “Sidekick” helps you write the instructions.
For a complex question, this agent makes a plan, runs several searches in parallel across your documents and the web, then writes a report with its sources. Allow 10 to 30 minutes for a hard topic.

A credit is Dust’s unit of measure. Every message uses some, more or less depending on the AI model chosen and the work requested: a simple question costs little, in-depth research costs a lot. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
| Plan | Price | Who it’s for |
|---|---|---|
| Free | €0 | Trying Dust before you decide |
| Pro Recommended to start | €24 per user per month, billed yearly (€30 if monthly) | Most members of a team |
| Max | €120 per user per month, billed yearly (€150 if monthly) | People who run a lot of automations and in-depth research |
| Enterprise | Custom pricing | Large organizations |
500 credits granted once, with no expiration date. That is enough for a few dozen simple questions, not for regular use.
This is not an individual purchase: your company chooses Dust and pays for the seats. To judge the tool, the 500 free credits are enough, provided at least one document source is connected. After that, the Pro plan suits almost everyone. Max is only justified for people who run in-depth research every day.
