Search every app at once
You type a few words. Glean searches every tool your company has connected and shows the matching documents, messages, and people. Filters let you narrow the results.
Glean is a search engine and assistant for large companies. It connects to work apps (Google Drive, SharePoint, Slack, Salesforce, Jira, and more than 250 others) and answers your questions from what it finds there, with sources. You only see documents you already have access to. Your company buys it: you can’t sign up on your own.
Glean has no free plan. Prices checked on October 3, 2026 on the vendor’s official page.
Who it’s for: employees at large companies who lose time looking for a document, an answer, or the right person.
You type a few words. Glean searches every tool your company has connected and shows the matching documents, messages, and people. Filters let you narrow the results.
You ask a question in full sentences. The assistant reads the documents you have access to and writes an answer where each point links to its source. You can mention a document or a person with @.
For an in-depth topic, Glean cross-checks your company’s tools and the web, then delivers a 5- to 10-page report with all its sources. Allow 5 to 30 minutes. It only reads: it changes nothing in your apps.

You pay nothing yourself: it’s a company purchase, negotiated with Glean. If your company already has it, use it: it’s included. If it doesn’t, this is not a tool you can try on your own: look at Dust, Langdock, or the assistant your company already provides.
Your data. Glean follows each tool’s access rights: you only see what you’re already allowed to see.
