Agents you give a goal to
You write what the agent should accomplish and choose its tools. It decides on the steps, carries them out, and adapts if one fails. You build it by chatting, with no programming.
Gumloop is for building agents: assistants you give a goal and access to your apps (email, calendar, CRM). The agent picks the steps itself, acts, and runs again at a set time or when an event occurs. The tool also keeps its block-based workflows, drawn on a large canvas, for tasks that are always the same.
Gumloop has no free plan. The recommended plan to start with: Pro, $37 per month, for the whole team. Prices checked on October 3, 2026 on the vendor’s official page.
Who it’s for: sales, marketing, and operations teams that repeat the same tasks across several apps, in a company ready to pay for the tool.

You allow access to an app once, and all your agents can use it. A connector is personal, or shared with a team. Gumloop acts with your permissions, never beyond.
An agent can start at a set time, when an email or message arrives, or when another app notifies it. You can also describe the condition in one sentence. After three failures in a row, the trigger turns off and you are notified.

There is no free plan: run the 14-day trial on one specific task, and cancel before it ends if you’re not convinced. The Pro subscription covers the whole team, so it’s for the company to buy, not you. If you want a free tool to get started, look at Make or Zapier.

Look at the emails I’ve received since last night and my calendar for today. Give me, in English: the three emails that need a reply from me, with one sentence of context each, then today’s meetings with what I need to prepare. Do not reply to any email and do not change anything.
