The visual scenario builder
Each step is a bubble, connected to the next by a line. The first bubble watches for an event, and the ones after it take action. You drag information from one step to another, without writing anything technical.
Make gets your apps working together, without you copying anything by hand. You draw a “scenario”: a series of steps connected by lines. For example, when a form is filled out, Make adds a row to your tracking sheet, then sends an email. After that, it runs on its own.
Make has a free plan. The recommended plan to start with: Free, $0. Prices checked on October 3, 2026 on the vendor’s official page.
Who it’s for: Teams that repeat the same copy-and-paste every day between a form, a spreadsheet, a messaging app, and a customer management tool.

You write what you want in everyday language. Maia places the steps in front of you, explains what it is doing, and asks you questions. It can also edit an existing scenario and explain an error.
