An inbox that is already sorted
The “Smart Inbox” groups your messages by category: people, notifications from services, newsletters, your priorities, and your pinned messages. The real messages no longer get buried.
Spark is an email app. You connect your existing addresses (Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, and others) and read them all in one place. It sorts messages by importance. With a paid plan, its assistant, called “Spark +AI,” drafts your replies, summarizes long threads, translates, and answers your questions about your inbox.
Spark Mail has a free plan. The recommended plan to start with: Free, $0. Prices checked on October 3, 2026 on the vendor’s official page.
Who it’s for: people who juggle several email addresses and spend too much time sorting and replying.
The “Smart Inbox” groups your messages by category: people, notifications from services, newsletters, your priorities, and your pinned messages. The real messages no longer get buried.
You describe in a few words what you want to say, and Spark writes the draft. You can then rephrase it, shorten it, lengthen it, change the tone, or have mistakes fixed with “Proofread.”
Spark condenses a message or a chain of replies. Three formats to choose from: “Short” in one or two sentences, “Detailed” in paragraphs, or “Action points” for the list of what remains to be done.
