What Waalaxy does
Who it’s for: sales reps, freelancers, and recruiters who prospect on LinkedIn and have never used an automation tool.
LinkedIn campaigns that move forward on their own
You choose a sequence of actions: an invitation, then one or more messages a few days apart. Waalaxy sends them for each prospect. As soon as a person replies, they leave the campaign and move to the “Has replied” status.
Waami: the message written by AI
You fill in five fields: the language, your target, what you bring, what sets you apart, and the next step you propose. Waami writes a message. You can run it again to get another version.
Import prospects from LinkedIn
You import the results of a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search, a CSV file, or the people who reacted to a post. An automatic import can keep feeding the list.

Nova’s advice
Use the 14-day trial to run a real campaign with thirty people. If you prospect only on LinkedIn, the Pro plan is enough: 300 invitations per month is already a lot of conversations to follow. Take Business only if you want to follow up by email.
A first try, in 15 minutes
Your data. A French vendor subject to GDPR, to whom you hand the keys to your LinkedIn account.
What it does less well
LinkedIn limits the number of actions per week. If you exceed its cap or your Waalaxy quotas, sending stops. Overly heavy use can also lead to a restriction on your personal account.
There is no lasting free plan: after the 14-day trial, you need a subscription to launch a campaign.
Launch your first invitation campaignWaalaxy
In Waalaxy, click “Start a campaign” and choose the “Invitation + 3 Messages” template.
Add the list of prospects you just imported. For a first try, about thirty people is enough.
In the messages section, open Waami in the right panel. Give the language, your target, what you bring, what sets you apart, and the next step you propose.
Click “Generate,” then “Preview.” Rewrite the message in your own words and remove anything that rings false.
Launch the campaign. The invitations go out gradually. Every morning, look at the statistics tab and reply to the people who wrote.
