Who it’s for: employees whose company already works with Zoho, and small and midsize businesses looking for an alternative to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
Write an email from a few words
You describe what you want to say, and Zia writes the message. You then change the tone (formal, casual, friendly, persuasive) or the length. As you type, Zia also suggests the end of your sentences.
Correct grammar and style
Zia proofreads what you write: spelling, grammar, punctuation, overly long sentences, vague wording. It works in French, English, and Spanish.

What the free plan includes
Two free editions exist, without Zia: Zoho CRM for 3 users, and Zoho Mail for up to 5 users, with 5 GB each and web access only. For the AI features, you need a paid plan or a trial.
Nova’s advice
If your company already has Zoho, you have nothing to pay: just ask for Zia to be turned on. Otherwise, try Zoho Workplace for 15 days to judge Zia on your real emails. Zoho One is only worth it if you plan to replace several pieces of software at once.

What it does less well
- Zia is not a single product but a series of features spread across the apps. What you see depends on the app, the plan you pay for, and what the admin has turned on.
- Zia Chat, the single chat that queries all your apps, is in early access and is open on the India and U.S. data centers only. So it is not yet available for a European account.
Have a long email summarized, then the reply writtenZoho (Zia)- Open Zoho Mail and choose a long email, or a thread of several messages.
- Click the “Summarize” button. Zia displays a summary. You can regenerate it, turn it into a task, add it to a note, or copy it.
- Click Reply. In the toolbar of the compose window, click the “Generate Content” icon.
- Paste the prompt below. Zia writes a draft.
- Adjust the tone (“Formal,” “Friendly”…) or the length (“Shorten”), review, correct, then send.
