Figma Make: a prototype from a description
You describe the screen or the tool you have in mind. Figma Make builds a prototype you can click through, or a small web app. You can attach a mockup, an image, a video, or a PDF to guide it.
Figma is the software where teams design screens, sites, and presentations, together in the same file. With “Figma Make,” you describe what you want and the AI builds a clickable prototype, or even a small web app you can publish. In design files, an agent edits mockups, text, and images at your request.
Figma has a free plan. The recommended plan to start with: Starter, $0. Prices checked on October 3, 2026 on the vendor’s official page.
Who it’s for: people who want to show an idea for a screen, a site, or a tool before having it developed, and teams that already work with designers.

You click a button, a heading, or a block right in the preview, and you change it in a settings panel. You can also draw on the preview to show the AI what to change.
One click gives your prototype a web address. Your coworkers open it in their browser and try it. Every version is kept in the history: you can go back.

The “Starter” plan gives you an unlimited number of drafts, templates, and AI credits: 150 per day, up to 500 per month. Figma Make and the agent can be tried on it, with limits.
Start with the free plan: it is enough to build a first prototype and see whether the tool clicks for you. Before you pay, ask whether your company already has Figma seats: that is common as soon as there is a design team. If you only comment or run workshops, a “Collab” seat is enough.
