Protected focus blocks
You set a number of hours per week for quiet work. “Focus Time” reserves those hours in your calendar and moves them when a meeting comes in, so the total holds.
Reclaim plugs into your Google Calendar or Outlook calendar. You tell it what matters: time to make progress on your projects, a lunch break, your tasks and their due dates. It places those blocks in your week itself, around your meetings. If a meeting is added, it moves the rest. You keep your usual calendar: Reclaim simply writes events to it.
Reclaim has a free plan. The recommended plan to start with: Lite, $0. Prices checked on October 3, 2026 on the vendor’s official page.
Who it’s for: people whose days are eaten up by meetings: managers, project leads, salespeople, business owners.

A habit (“Habit”) is a regular appointment with yourself, with no fixed time. You give the duration and the time window. Reclaim picks the best slot each day.
You give a task, its duration, and its deadline. Reclaim reserves time for it before the due date, in several chunks if needed. It also reads your tasks in Google Tasks, Todoist, ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or Linear.
