Send a document for signature
You upload one or more documents, add the signers, and place the fields: signature, initials, text to fill in, checkboxes. Each signer receives a link and signs online.
Youtrust is the new name of Yousign, the French electronic signature service. You upload a document, say who needs to sign, and each person signs online from their computer or phone. It is business software. AI stays in the background: a connector lets Claude, ChatGPT, or Vibe send and track your signature requests for you.
Youtrust has a free plan. The recommended plan to start with: Free, €0. Prices checked on October 3, 2026 on the vendor’s official page.
Who it’s for: anyone who gets documents signed: sales reps for quotes, HR for contracts, business owners, freelancers, purchasing teams.

By default, everyone receives the document at the same time. You can set an order: the manager first, the customer next. You can also add an approver, who validates the document before it goes out for signature.
Youtrust reminds late signers by itself, at the pace you choose. You also set the deadline: six months by default, one year at most. You can schedule the invitation to be sent later.

The Free plan has no time limit: one user, two signature invitations per month, and as many signatures of your own documents as you want. Automatic reminders and the audit trail are included.
Start with the Free plan: two invitations per month is enough to judge the tool on a real document. Choose One if you work alone and ten documents a month is enough. Move to Plus as soon as there are several of you or you often send the same document.
