Payfit is a specialist tool: it produces pay stubs and manages time off, expense reports, and employee records. Its AI, called “Payfit AI,” answers payroll and HR questions with your company in mind. It requests time off for you right in the conversation. For payroll managers, it adds bonuses and absences to payroll and flags anomalies before closing.

You ask a payroll or HR question. The assistant answers based on your company’s data, your collective bargaining agreement, and the internal documents uploaded by the administrator. When the case is too delicate, it hands off to Payfit’s experts.
You say the dates you want. The assistant looks at your balance, prepares the request, and sends it to your manager once you agree.
You view your pay stub from the assistant and ask it what a line means. Handy when your net pay changes from one month to the next.
