One booking link per type of meeting
You create as many links as you want: a 15-minute call, a one-hour demo, an interview. Each has its own duration and description. The person picks a slot, and time zones are handled automatically.
Cal.com is an online scheduling tool. You send a link: the person sees your free slots, picks one, and the meeting lands in both of your calendars. Its code is open source, and the free plan is generous. It was not built as an AI tool: the AI is limited to “Cal.ai,” an agent that makes phone calls for you, and a connector for running your calendar from an assistant.
Cal.com has a free plan. The recommended plan to start with: Free, $0. Prices checked on October 3, 2026 on the vendor’s official page.
Who it’s for: people who often set up meetings with outside contacts: sales reps, recruiters, consultants, freelancers.

Cal.com looks at your calendars to know when you are free or busy. You choose which ones it should watch. The result: no double bookings.
You define your hours once, and every link refers to them. For your time off, “Out of office” blocks bookings over a period. On a team plan, requests are redirected to a colleague.
