  3. Ask for “shorter” or “less defensive” until the reply sounds like you.
  4. Wait an hour, reread it, then post it under the review.

The prompt to copy

Write for the future customers who will read the exchange. No irony, no personal information about this customer. Review: [paste the review].

Ground rules

The rules to follow with AI in this job

Always do this

  • What you display is binding on you: price, composition, origin, promotion, delivery time. Check every piece of information written by AI against the product itself.
  • Your customer list contains personal data. Write only to customers who agreed to it, always leave a way to unsubscribe, and do not paste the list into a free assistant.
  • A retouched photo must show the product as it is. Changing the background, yes. Changing the color, the size, or the finish, no.
  • A sales or stock number from an assistant gets checked on a few products you know, before you order.

Never hand this to AI

  • Having fake customer reviews written, or replying to a review by revealing the person’s order.
  • Letting AI set your prices or promotions without having calculated your margin.
  • Writing your terms of sale or your legal notice with an assistant alone: have them reviewed by a professional.
